I have worked on 25+ games, with indies and international studios, on mobile/tablet and browser projects. I have experience in art direction, concept art, 2D animator and UI design.

THE SIMS SOCIALS
Client : Electronic Arts / Playfish (UK)

What I did : 2D art and Animation
The Sims Social was a Facebook addition to the Sims series of video games. On February 9, 2012, The Sims Social won the Social Networking Game of the Year award at the 15th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards[18] and on February 15, 2012, The Sims Social was nominated for best online browser game by the British Academy Video Game Awards.
FIFA SUPERSTARS
Client : Electronic Arts / Playfish (UK)
Date : 2010
What I did : Art direction, wireframe and UI.
EA Sports FIFA Superstars was a football managing game developed by Playfish and Electronic Arts. It was available for play via Facebook. A mobile application was available for iOS.
The game was nominated for Best Free-to-play games in Golden Joystick Awards 2011.

Client: ITC Security
Project Name: Netsure 360
What I did: Character design and animation
ITC Secure is a Network Security Consultancy specialising in cyber security. They contracted me to create two animated presentations videos to explain their services.
Together with ITC’s CTO Kevin Whelan, we wrote the concept and scripts. I drew the storyboards, designed characters & backgrounds, and animated the scenes. Animation was done with Animate/Flash, editing and SFX with After Effects.

ITC loved the characters so much they commissioned a special illustration to decorate their office, using the characters from the videos.

I give a lot of importance to my sketchbook work. I always carry (at least) one with me.
All my sketchbooks have names, this one is called Daddy’s Sketchbook. It has followed me through 2018. In my sketchbooks, I mix rough ideas and detailed drawings.
You should never leave the house without a sketchbook!

What I did: Character design and animation (Flash)
The video had to remain light and short to catch and maintain the attention of the audience, in this case the internal marketing team of Ogilvy.
I completed the roles of including scriptwriting, storyboarding, concept art, animatic, character and background design, layout and animation.
