Magikmon

A young apprentice just got to his Magic School. It’s his first day and instead of a formal reception what he found are hordes of quarrelsome magical creatures wandering by the gloomy gardens.
I designed a set of 15 characters for the Barcelona-based studio Ravalmatic. The characters are divided is three types: mythologics, technicals and spritituals.

Emart characters

A very fun project for Emart, a Korean retail launching a preschool brand.
I designed those characters to create interactive installations in the shops and merchandising. 
The characters had to be quirky, but cute, and please the parents as well as the children.

Club 98

A Robot, a Mummy, a Werewolf, a Vampire and a Gorgon share a house in the suburbs of Lubbershire, the world’s most influential city. They live a normal life until they find out their house is the door to Hell, and they will have to do everything to stop its destruction.

Capoeira Academy UK 

I design Brilho, he mascot of the Capoeira Academy Charity UK, founded by Edgard “Bombril” Leite, who teaches capoeira for adults and children in London.
Capoeira Charity UK works to promote healthier lifestyles through teaching Capoeira to children, teenagers, families and adults using a non-mainstream sport, music and fun game play to give confidence and a strong foundation to be more active in life.
Since 2003 Capoeira Charity UK has given classes to 1000’s of children and adults in various locations across London. Furthermore they organise sport events, workshops and grading festivals to bring the London communities together.
I have been designing the tshirts for every Batizados (annual grading festivals) for the past 11 years.

Based on the comic I wrote, I created and self printed a set of 32 cards. CACTUS GARDEN is the story of Juan, a spineless cactus living in a gigantic city in the desert, who becomes the most wanted desperado.

THE SIMS SOCIALS

The Sims Social was a Facebook addition to the  Sims series of video games. On February 9, 2012, The Sims Social won the Social Networking Game of the Year award at the 15th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards[18] and on February 15, 2012, The Sims Social was nominated for best online browser game by the British Academy Video Game Awards.

FIFA SUPERSTARS

What I did : Art direction, wireframe and UI.

EA Sports FIFA Superstars was a football managing game developed by Playfish and Electronic Arts. It was available for play via Facebook. A mobile application was available for iOS.

The game was nominated for Best Free-to-play games in Golden Joystick Awards 2011.

ITC Secure videos

Client: ITC Security
Project Name: Netsure 360
What I did: Character design and animation
ITC Secure is a Network Security Consultancy specialising in cyber security. They contracted me to create two animated presentations videos to explain their services.
Together with ITC’s CTO Kevin Whelan, we wrote the concept and scripts. I drew the storyboards, designed characters & backgrounds, and animated the scenes. Animation was done with Animate/Flash, editing and SFX with After Effects.

ITC loved the characters so much they commissioned a special illustration to decorate their office, using the characters from the videos.
